Event Planning & Styling Services

Planning and styling beautiful events for you

Do you want to have a special event, but don't have time to think about the planning or styling to make it look amazing? We strive for quality and a stress-free event. Take advantage of our services, which have been designed to have us take care of the planning, styling, coordination with vendors, set-up, and clean-up post your event!

 

These services are perfect for elopements, birthdays, holiday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, bridesmaid proposals, or other special occasions. You pick the venue, we take care of the rest! We offer partial or full planning services.

How does it work?

  1. Schedule a free consultation call with us - We schedule a 30 minute consultation to go over your needs, vision, and budget. This is where we can guide and educate about our process, the way we work, and what you can expect from us if you hire our services to take care of your event planning.

  2. Make your $300 deposit - This is a non-refundable deposit, which can be applied towards your total. Your deposit reserves our services for your event date and it guarantees us to start working on getting more accurate quotes from multiple vendors.

  3. Review quotes and hire vendors - We do our due diligence in finding you trusted vendor quotes to get as close to your budget as possible. After you agree with the quotes, we proceed to book them and finalize all details needed for your event to turn amazing!

 Pricing

Our pricing for event planning services varies depending on your vision and budget. Event costs vary and are unique to events. Some services you could expect to see as part of your estimate could include and are not limited to: our planning and coordination fee, event staff fees, decor and/or tableware rentals/disposables fees, florals (if applicable), other outsourced vendors fees, delivery/pickup fees, and travel fees.

 

Important Terms:

  • All services require a non-refundable deposit of $300 at the time of booking, which will be applied towards your total and will reserve your date/time. The remaining balance will be due or split into two equal payments that must be fully paid 30 days in advance of your event date. 

  • We require at least 30 days to plan and create beautiful events with a minimum of 8+ guests.

  • For events of 20 or more guests, expect a minimum of 4 hours or more for setup and breakdown depending on the complexity of the event design, quantity of rentals, number of guests, and other factors. 

  • Fees will include styling (event design), partial or full planning and coordination, travel (mileage and parking), pick up/delivery of rentals and/or products, service (setup, breakdown and cleaning), and payment method.

  • We require all event spaces to be clear and clean for our team to setup/breakdown ahead of time.
