Having a wedding, elopement, or large special event? Check out our event planning and styling services and contact us as soon as possible for availability.
Important Terms:​

All picnics require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which reserved your date/time. We do not hold spots until a deposit is made. The remaining is due 7 days prior to the event.

For large events of 15+ guests and highly custom picnics, full payment is due 30 days prior to event's date.

If a permit is needed at the desired parks/public spaces, client(s) are responsible for obtaining them in advance.

We accept credit card, Apple Pay, and ACH payments. Payment method fees will be displayed at the time of payment. We do not accept any other payment methods at this time.

Please let us know any dietary restrictions if ordering any food add-ons. We will try to accommodate as best as possible.

In general, we can customize colors and some rental items based on what we have in our inventory. Some custom designs may be higher in pricing not reflected in our current package pricing. We require a minimum of 30 days of notice to properly source materials that are not part of our current inventory for highly custom designs.

Luxury Picnic Package
This package includes the following:

Carefully curated design or custom design (Please note some custom designs may require additional fees)

90 minutes of picnic time

Setup and breakdown (1.5 + hours)

Rental furniture and decor include: Low picnic table, rug, rattan Japanese pillow and soft pillows, candles for display only, runner, silk floral arrangement* can be upgraded

Tableware rentals include: charger plate, dinner and salad plates, utensils, goblet, and napkin

Choice of Water or sparkling water

Cleaning and sanitizing pre and post event

Picnic for 2 guests starts at $275+ taxes and fees. Contact us for pricing for additional guests.

A travel fee will apply and will be based on mileage and parking (if applicable).
